The fiscal year begins on September 1st and ends on August 31st of the following year. The organization holds its general business meetings quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month, beginning in January, at 8 p.m. at the Weymouth clubhouse.
The Executive Board meets quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month, beginning in January,at 7 p.m. Any member in good standing may attend an executive board meeting unless it goes into executive session.
At any time 10 members in good standing may petition for a special meeting, and only that special business may be discussed and voted on.
