The fiscal year begins on September 1st and ends on August 31st the following year. The organization holds it’s general business meetings on the first Tuesday of the month at 8 p.m. at the Weymouth clubhouse.
The executive board meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. Any member in good standing may attend an executive board meeting unless it goes into executive session.
At any time 10 members in good standing may petition for a special meeting, and only that special business may be discussed and voted on.
