The executive board consists of elected officers as follows: president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, assistant treasurer, sgt.-at-arms, and a board of five trustees. Elected officers hold office for one year commencing at the beginning of the new business meeting in October and concluding at the conclusion of the old business meeting the following October; or until their successors are elected or appointed.

The organization also consists of various standing committees such as the membership committee, range committee etc. All members are encouraged to participate on committees. Feel free to contact any member of the executive board for more information.
